How This Actually Started
Three of us were sitting in a cramped office, watching another business struggle with a loan decision. They had numbers everywhere but no clear picture. That's when it clicked—people don't need more data. They need to see what happens when they change things.
We built the first version over six months. It was rough. But it worked. Business owners could finally ask "what if" questions and get answers that made sense. Not perfect predictions, just clearer options.
By early 2024, we'd refined the approach based on feedback from dozens of Australian businesses. What surprised us most wasn't the complexity people wanted—it was the simplicity. They wanted to understand their choices without needing an economics degree.
